Ian has coached at Leeds United Academy, Bradford City FC and is Head Performance Coach at the University of Leeds and works with the England University team. He is the founder of Pro Football Academy and has completed his UEFA B and part one of his UEFA A Licence. |

Raymond Mikkelsen - Partner and Club Consultant 
Raymond is currently a coach at Valerenga with the Youth team and reserve team. He is the holder of the UEFA A licence and has an in depth knowledge of Norwegian football. |
Chris is a vastly experienced coach who currently works with Leeds United in their youth academy and also works with York College. He has over 10 years experience coaching at professional clubs and is a UEFA licence coach. |
Shaun is a very experienced coach and former professional footballer. He has worked at Leeds United FC and Stoke City FC and now lives in Norway working with clubs developing their youth systems. He is a UEFA licenced coach. |
