Pro Football Academy and the hosts of this site accept no responsibility for and exclude all liability in connection with browsing this site, use of information on this site and downloading any material from it including but not limited to any liability for errors, inaccuracies, omissions or misleading or defamatory statements.
Whilst we hope you find the contents of this website informative, the contents are for general information only. These links are provided to give further information and are not intended to signify that Pro Football Academy endorses any such website and/or content. Pro Football Academy accepts no responsibility for the content of the linked website. Users must take their own precautions to ensure what is selected for use is free of computer viruses of a destructive or malicious nature. Where we provide links to third-party websites of our business partners, you should review their respective privacy policies to learn more about, what, why and how they collect and use personally identifiable information.
Fees and payments
A one off fee for your first taster session and your player profile activation will apply, when joining our coaching program. Prices vary depending on location in the UK.
Subscription Fees:
- Our standard monthly academy training subscription fee will vary depending on centre and region in the UK. Prices are disclosed upon invitation into the Academy. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- You must be signed up to our monthly credit/debit card subscription plan through the profile on our website (PFA Dashboard), this guarantees the child’s place with Pro Football Academy. (Pro Football Academy centres are usually closed on Bank Holidays and over a two-week period for Christmas and New Year. The monthly payments cover all scheduled UK national holidays and 5-week calendar months), therefore you will be charged effectively for 48 weeks of the year.
- You must add a new credit/debit card to their account on expiry or failure of their primary payment card. Players will not be permitted to attend should 2 consecutive monthly payments fail to be received.
- All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of your child’s attendance. Fees are nonrefundable in the event of your child’s absence. Fees are also non-refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, issues we deem to be detrimental to the Health & Safety of our coaches and players, or if we are delayed or prevented in performing our obligations by an event outside our control (force majeure). Prices are subject to change on 30 days’ notice, please refer to your rights to cancel in the event you do not wish to continue with the coaching subscription following a price increase.
Payment processing
We use Stripe Payments a third-party payment specialist who are compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). Stripe payments’ terms and conditions and privacy policy can be found on their website.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription by giving 30 days notice through your profile on our website, where you are able to commence the cancellation process and pay the remaining balance for your notice period. Thisfinal balance for your notice period will be calculated based on your billing date and will be payable at point of cancellation. Should you experience any problems, you can contact us via email at [email protected] stating your name, contact number, child’s name, child’s DOB, Academy venue and your reason for leaving.
Please note you need to give 30 days’ notice to cancel. Your child may still attend scheduled coaching sessions during this notice period. If after cancelling you then wish to re-instate your child’s place within our Academy, your place is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We also reserve the right to charge an administrative reactivation fee. You have 7 days to confirm your cancellation and all outstanding balances must be cleared. On rare occasions, Pro Football Academy may cancel a scheduled session or suspend your subscription where it is unable to resource the provision of coaching for reasons beyond its control. Where this is the case we will notify you in advance and you will not be charged.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pro Football Academy or any of its staff or officers have any liability whatsoever to any person for any direct or indirect cost, expense, damage or other loss of any kind whatsoever in connection with the coaching services provided under these terms. There are certain liabilities which we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your data and privacy
We take the privacy of our players and their parents/guardians very seriously. For full information on what personal data we collect, how we secure it, and your rights please read our privacy policy By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to the use of photography and videography from training sessions to be used for marketing purposes such as social media, our Website, promotional literature and any press related content. If you do not want your child or participant to appear in such photography, please notify us upon arrival. Please see our Privacy Notice here for further details. A player’s place at a Pro Football Academy is conditional upon the above Terms & Conditions being adhered to at all times. We reserve the right to amend and update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, in which event they will be updated on this page and a copy will be sent to you
