The Company
Pro Football Academy, previously IB Football School, is a company specialising in the organising and operation of high quality football camps for players of all ages and abilities. Pro Football Academy began running football schools in Scandinavia four years ago and in those four years has seen enormous growth and success throughout this period.
In the summer of 2008 Pro Football Academy trained over 1800 players over four weeks. We have helped many clubs not only improve the quality of their football schools but also increase the number of players attending the schools.
At Pro Football Academy, we pride ourselves on providing well qualified British coaches who have experience with professional clubs. This experience of youth football at this level means we can not only bring variety and new ideas to your club but an exciting, unique educational experience of British coaches for your young players.
Already have a football school?
Many clubs that we have worked with already had football schools running. The major problem was that the coaches they were using were young, inexperienced coaches that had not worked with young players in this environment. With these clubs we have helped improve the quality that the football school delivers, which in turn will mean the young players return every year and it reflects better on the club and all the clubs we have been involved in have increased in numbers every year meaning the football schools become more profitable. With these clubs we organise experienced well qualified British coaches to come in with a schedule for the week and lots of drills and games for the players to work at. We then look to demonstrate these drills to the coaches and give them structure and ideas to work with during the week. Our coaches then work actively in the groups all week to help motivate the players and improve their skills.
We always ensure that the coaches create a fun, enjoyable learning environment for the players to develop in. The use of British coaches gives your football school a unique selling point and will improve the quality of coaching and also be a valuable educational tool to the players as it will challenge them to work in English and it is a great way for the players to learn in an enjoyable environment. Within the schedule for the week the players will be challenged with different games and competitions culminating in a final day ‘World Cup’ tournament involving all players which contains drills, fun games and competition to both excite and motivate the players. We provide prizes, t-shirts and footballs or all players in our full package price.
